Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Leads and models a customer first culture across all roles.
• Accountable for active floor management by assigning shifts, reviewing results, and providing feedback.
• Provide ongoing coaching and training to enhance selling skills, behaviors, and processes.
• Monitor payroll to ensure hours stay within monthly budget and acknowledge timesheets.
• Lead the store to achieve Total Monthly Income goals through foundation and leadership.
• Monitor inventory, special orders, receiving, layaway, and maintain first quality standards.
