The role requires overseeing staffing, payroll, inventory, and daily goals, with a focus on maintaining exceptional guest experiences in a dynamic retail environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or degree required.
• Two-four years prior retail management experience in apparel or specialty store environment.
• Prior experience with a computerized POS system.

Responsibilities

• Leads and models a customer-first culture across all roles.
• Provide ongoing coaching and training to enhance selling skills and processes.
• Monitor payroll and manage hours to align with budget; review timesheets for all shifts.
• Lead store to achieve Total Monthly Income (TMI) goals through foundational excellence and leadership.
• Monitor inventory, special orders, receiving processes, layaway, and ensure first-quality standards for merchandise.
• Communicate daily sales goals and drive action through team updates.
• Observe performance and implement improvement plans via weekly performance discussions and reviews.
• Build a strong bench and talent pipeline to fill positions within 30 days.
