Talbots is a leading omni-channel retailer delivering modern classic fashion for women. The Brandywine, PA store seeks an experienced leader to drive store operations, service, and sales in a dynamic, customer-centric environment.

You will mentor a team, plan floor sets, and ensure brand standards while delivering exceptional guest experiences. This full-time role requires flexibility for opening/closing shifts and weekends.

Qualifications

• Two+ years of specialty retail leadership experience.
• Professionalism with integrity and respect for others.
• Customer-centric approach to driving store sales.
• Educator, coach and mentor for team associates.
• Organized, strategic and capable of decision making in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Create and foster a culture of hospitality through exceptional customer experiences and build enduring relationships.
• Provide outstanding customer service to promote products and brand relationships.
• Achieve sales and service metrics including clientelling, outreach and appointments.
• Lead the team in operations, floor sets and merchandising initiatives.
• Educate and reinforce brand standards and company policies.
• Balance operational and selling energy with effective planning and scheduling.
• Maintain knowledge of fashion trends and business drivers to maximize sales.
