As a full‑time role, you will plan floor sets, mentor associates, and uphold brand standards while ensuring operational excellence and compliance with policies and standards across a busy boutique environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of specialty retail leadership or store operations experience.
• Strong customer-service mindset with focus on driving sales.
• Proven ability to coach and mentor team members in a fast paced environment.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with peers and customers.

Responsibilities

• Create and foster a hospitality-driven culture with exceptional customer experiences.
• Provide meaningful service that promotes the product and strengthens brand relationships.
• Meet sales and service metrics including clientelling and outreach.
• Collaborate with the Manager to lead the team across all store operations.
• Plan/execute floor sets, window displays, and in-store marketing events.
