• Provide an exceptional and meaningful customer service experience that promotes the product and builds brand relationships.
• Achieve sales and service metrics in key areas including Clientelling/Outreach and Appointment Setting.
• Partner with the Manager to lead the team with ownership of all operational areas.
• Plan, execute and lead floor sets, displays, recalls and markdowns.
• Educate, train and reinforce brand standards and company policies.
• Balance operational and selling energy with proper planning and scheduling to meet business needs.
• Stay informed on fashion trends and key business drivers to maximize sales and achieve financial goals.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws.
• Develop positive working relationships for a productive environment.
