Qualifications

• Two+ years of specialty retail leadership experience, store operations, or visual merchandising.
• Professional demeanor with strong work ethic, integrity and respect for others.
• Customer-centric mindset and ability to drive sales through exceptional service.
• Educator and mentor who motivates teams based on individual strengths.
• Able to navigate POS/iPad/handheld systems and adapt to fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Create and foster a culture of hospitality with exceptional customer experiences.
• Provide meaningful service to promote products and build brand relationships.
• Achieve sales and service metrics including clientelling and outreach.
• Partner with the Manager to lead the team across store operations.
• Plan, execute and lead floor sets, displays, recalls, markdowns and interior marketing.
• Educate and reinforce brand standards and company policies.
