Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Retail Management or Store Operations experience.
• Experience leading Customer Service/Cashier teams.
• Ability to operate in a process-driven environment and manage inventory/receiving.

Responsibilities

• Lead Customer Service and Cashier teams to ensure policy compliance and efficient customer flow.
• Oversee operations and receiving SOPs, including transfers, damages, and chargebacks.
• Act as Manager on Duty, support staffing, training, and succession planning, and coordinate with District/Regional teams.
