You will open/close the store, lead associates on duty, and maintain safety and organization while delivering a positive customer experience. The role requires 2+ years of supervisory retail experience, full-time availability, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail supervisory experience in a customer-focused environment.
• Full-time availability required, flexibility in schedule, able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Proficiency in computer applications.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to react under pressure and maintain composure.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Support and guide sales associates in merchandise handling and presentation.
• Mentor and coach associates; provide feedback for performance reviews and promotions.
• Delegate and validate completion of daily tasks.
• Lead as on-duty leader and supervise associates when needed.
• Address and manage associate concerns and grievances.
• Maintain a clean, organized store and ensure safety compliance.
• Execute merchandising strategies and ensure effective stock replenishment.
• Operate POS systems and handle cash transactions accurately.
• Ensure policy compliance and uphold brand standards.
