Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail supervisory experience in a customer-focused environment.
• Full-time availability; ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Proficiency in computer applications.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to react under pressure and maintain composure.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead and guide associates in merchandise handling and presentation.
• Support associate development through training, onboarding, mentoring, and coaching.
• Delegate and validate daily task completion.
• Act as leader on duty when required and supervise store activities.
• Address associate concerns and administer feedback as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized store and ensure inventory accuracy.
