Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail supervisory experience in a customer-focused environment.
• Full-time availability required, flexibility in schedule, able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Proficiency in computer applications.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to react under pressure and maintain composure.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, particularly in maintaining a visually appealing store layout.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support sales associates in merchandise handling and presentation.
• Guide and mentor associates through training, onboarding, mentoring, coaching, and performance feedback.
• Delegate and validate completion of daily tasks; act as leader on duty when needed.
• Direct associates and address concerns; recognize engagement drivers.
• Execute merchandise strategies, product placement, and promotional setups.
• Manage inventory levels, audits, stock replenishment, and markdown recommendations.
• Operate POS systems and handle cash with accuracy and policy compliance.
