• 2+ years of retail supervisory experience in a customer-focused environment.
• Full-time availability required, flexibility in schedule, able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead and guide sales associates in merchandise handling, providing training on product knowledge and presentation standards.
• Delegate and validate completion of daily tasks; act as Leader on Duty when needed.
• Maintain store standards and ensure compliance with Policies and Procedures and Code of Ethics.
• Manage inventory levels, conduct regular audits, and address discrepancies; support stock replenishment and markdown decisions.
• Ensure pet care maintenance and a positive experience for pet parents with online orders and in-store pickups.
