Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail supervisory experience in a customer-focused environment.
• Full-time availability; flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays.
• Proficiency in computer applications.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to react under pressure and maintain composure.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Support and guide sales associates in merchandise handling and training.
• Lead and direct associates as Leader on duty.
• Manage merchandising, inventory, and store displays.
• Operate POS systems and handle cash with accuracy.
• Ensure store standards and brand ethics; assist opening/closing procedures.
• Perform monthly live cycle counts and address discrepancies.
• Ensure pet care and safety of pets in our care.
