The role requires 2+ years in retail supervision, strong communication, and the ability to handle fast-paced situations while maintaining accuracy and excellent customer service. Schedule may include evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail supervisory experience.
• Full-time availability required, flexibility in schedule.
• Proficiency in computer applications.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to react under pressure and maintain composure.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead and guide sales associates in merchandise handling, training, and presentation standards.
• Delegate and validate completion of daily tasks; support Leader on Duty as needed.
• Oversee inventory levels, audits, stock replenishment, and markdown decisions.
• Operate POS systems and handle cash transactions in accordance with policies.
• Ensure store standards and a culture of empowerment and ethics compliance.
• Assist in opening/closing procedures and monthly cycle counts.
• Ensure pet care standards and positive experiences for online orders (pickup/ship).
