Qualifications

• Two+ years of specialty retail leadership focusing on store operations and/or visual merchandising.
• Professionalism with integrity and respect for others.
• Customer-centric mindset driving sales and service excellence.

Responsibilities

• Create and foster a culture of hospitality through exceptional customer experiences and build enduring relationships.
• Provide meaningful customer service that promotes the product and builds brand relationships.
• Achieve sales and service metrics in key areas like Clientelling/Outreach and appointments.
• Partner with the Manager to lead the team across all operations.
• Plan and lead floor sets, displays, recalls, and markdowns.
• Educate, train, and reinforce brand standards and company policies.
• Balance operational and selling energy with proper planning and scheduling.
• Maintain knowledge of fashion trends and business drivers to maximize sales.
• Ensure compliance with policies and employment laws.
• Develop positive working relationships supporting a productive environment.
