• Two+ years of specialty retail experience in store operations or visual merchandising.

• Able to lift 40 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Flexible schedule including openings/closings, weekends and holidays.
• Open availability of 40 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Create and foster a culture of hospitality through exceptional customer experiences.
• Provide an exceptional and meaningful customer service experience that promotes the product and builds brand relationships.
• Achieve sales and service metrics in key areas including Clientelling/Outreach and appointments.
• Partner with the Manager to lead the team with ownership across operations.
• Plan, execute and lead floor sets, windows, interior marketing and recalls.
• Educate, train and reinforce brand standards and policies.
• Balance operational and selling energy with scheduling and prioritization.
• Maintain knowledge of fashion trends and business drivers to maximize sales.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws.
• Develop and maintain positive working relationships for a productive environment.
