You will be hands-on in planning floor sets, merchandising, and brand standards, partnering with management on performance metrics and ensuring compliant, inclusive store practices. Flexibility is required.

Qualifications

• Two or more years in specialty retail with emphasis on store operations or visual merchandising.
• Professional demeanor with strong work ethic, integrity and respect for others.
• Customer-centric mindset with focus on service as a driver of sales.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and build relationships.
• Plan floor sets, window displays, recalls and markdowns to drive sales.
• Coach and mentor associates, reinforce brand standards and policies.
• Balance operational and selling energy with scheduling and task prioritization.
• Stay informed on fashion trends and competitive landscape to maximize sales.
