Qualifications

• Two or more years of specialty retail experience with emphasis on store operations and/or visual merchandising.

Responsibilities

• Create a culture of hospitality through exceptional customer experiences and build enduring relationships.
• Provide outstanding customer service that promotes the product and brand relationships.
• Achieve sales and service metrics in clientelling, outreach, and brand rewards.
• Partner with the Manager to lead the team in operations.
• Plan and lead floor sets, displays, recalls, markdowns, and interior marketing.
• Educate and reinforce brand standards and company policies.
• Balance operational and selling energy with scheduling and prioritization.
