PGA TOUR Superstore White Plains is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee store operations, scheduling, inventory control, and the customer experience. You will lead a team of Associates, prioritize efficiency, and ensure pricing accuracy and visual merchandising across the floor.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strong communication, and a focus on SOP compliance, loss prevention, and service excellence to drive store performance and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong listening and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to forecast business needs and develop solutions.
• Basic computer skills with MS Office (Outlook).
• Ability to manage conflicts and hold others accountable.
• Strong business acumen with P&L accountability.

Responsabilités

• Lead scheduling and labor planning to support store priorities.
• Ensure inventory accuracy through receiving, cycle counts, RTV.
• Open/close store, cash handling and deposits.
• Coach and develop Associates; performance management and disciplinary actions.
• Maintain merchandising standards and planograms.
• Lead with servant leadership and drive customer experience.
