Job summary

PGA TOUR Superstore is seeking an Operations Manager to lead daily store operations, optimize staffing, and ensure accurate pricing, presentation, and inventory across in-store and e-commerce channels. You will manage labor budgets, associate performance, and vendor relationships while upholding SOPs and safety standards.

You will drive a strong service culture, coach teams, and partner with senior leadership to plan workload and improve operational efficiency in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to deliver service with a customer focus.
• Ability to forecast needs and develop practical solutions for daily operations.
• Proficiency with standard software (Outlook, Excel) for scheduling and reporting.

Responsibilities
