Job summary

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain weekly schedules in partnership with SLT.
• Train new Associates and Store Leaders on scheduling and systems.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and ensure loss prevention.
• Lead a culture of appreciation, service, and ethical conduct.
• Plan staffing to meet labor requirements and budget.
