Job summary

DICK'S Sporting Goods is seeking a Lead to drive brand standards and guide the in-store team toward delivering exceptional customer service. You will work under the guidance of the Store Manager to model leadership, coach teammates, and execute daily plans that align with store goals.

You will recruit and onboard new teammates, observe interviews, and build a people-first culture while ensuring safety and adherence to all company procedures.

Qualifications

• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Prior retail sales or customer-focused experience preferred.
• Ability to stand, bend, reach, push/pull and lift 15–35 lbs repeatedly.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to uphold brand standards and store procedures.
• Coach and develop teammates; participate in interviews and onboarding.
• Plan 30-day work strategies with the store leadership for daily tasks and events.
• Maintain replenishment and presentation standards across the floor.
• Foster an inclusive, respectful store environment for teammates and customers.
