Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant work experience in retail or warehouse settings.
• Ability to work weekends, holidays, and evenings.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Valid state driver’s license and automotive insurance.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Store Manager to achieve EBITDA, sales, and margin goals.
• Staffing: hire and train operations associates; oversee training at all levels.
• Oversee shipping/receiving of gear and store-related items; warehouse organization.
• Maintain facility upkeep, safety, loss prevention, and inventory management.
• Conduct signage and pricing audits to ensure planogram compliance and inventory integrity.
• Step in as acting manager to drive sales and open/close the store.
