Job summary

Guitar Center is seeking an Operations Manager in Beaverton, OR, to lead a team responsible for receiving, stocking, merchandising, and daily store operations in line with planograms and corporate standards.

The role emphasizes integrity, inclusion, and musical passion while driving EBITDA, sales, and margin goals and maintaining a safe, well-organized facility. Strong leadership, delegation, and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant work experience in retail or warehouse environments.
• Valid state driver’s license and automotive insurance.
• Intermediate proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a loud environment.
• Weekend, holiday, and evening availability.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Store Manager to achieve EBITDA, sales and margin goals.
• Oversee staffing and training of operations associates.
• Manage shipping/receiving and warehouse organization.
• Maintain inventory, loss prevention and safety programs.
• Conduct signage and pricing audits to planogram standards.
• Open and close the store and oversee daily operations.
