Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.
• Experience with POS and Self-Checkout systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in leading and managing adherence to SOPs and Company programs.
• Coach Customer Experience and ART of Selling behaviors to drive conversion and satisfaction.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage and maintain floor leadership and service standards.
• Drive omni-channel services (BOPIS, Same Day Delivery) and carded programs.
• Oversee events and programs like Birthday parties and Loyalty Rewards enrollment.
