• Assist Store Manager in enforcing SOPs and company programs.
• Lead and coach team to meet store KPIs and selling behaviors.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage and maintain service standards.
• Oversee balloons, birthday party operations and in-store events.
• Drive loyalty program enrollment and omni-channel service (BOPIS, delivery).
• Train, coach, and develop team through onboarding and ongoing coaching.
