Job summary

The Michaels Companies Inc. is seeking a Store Sales Manager in WOR-NORTHBOROUGH, MA to lead a high-performing selling culture, drive sales, and deliver an engaging customer experience across front-end and service operations.

You will coach teams, ensure SOPs, manage POS and omni-channel tasks (BOPIS / Same Day Delivery), and partner on protections and loyalty programs while modeling excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience required.

Responsibilities

• Lead store teams to meet sales and service KPIs.
• Coach staff on customer experience and selling behaviors.
• Oversee front-end operations, POS and self-checkout.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage and daily floor leadership.
• Drive omni-channel services like BOPIS and Same Day Delivery.
• Promote Loyalty Rewards and MCC/Extend protection plans.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs and company policies.
• Develop and train associates through onboarding.
