Victoria’s Secret & Co Operations Supervisor is a values-based leader who supports operational execution and store readiness. This role reports to the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager, as assigned.

You will lead by example in a fast-paced retail environment, coaching associates, managing shipments and stock, and ensuring safety and visual standards across the store. This position offers growth and real-world experience within a global fashion retailer.

Qualifications

• Strong passion for Victoria’s Secret brand and customer satisfaction.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail setting.
• Willingness to coach and develop associates in real time.
• 1–2 years of retail experience preferred.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and a flexible schedule.
• Physical ability to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Executes shipment, replenishment, and stock organization.
• Maintains back-of-house standards and inventory accuracy.
• Supports cleanliness, safety, and compliance.
• Identifies and escalates operational issues.
• Scope and level of responsibility may vary based on store size and business complexity.
