Job summary

PetSmart’s Process Lead (Retail Operations Lead) shares responsibility to drive operational excellence in our stores while upholding the company’s vision, mission, values, and strategy. This role oversees merchandising, inventory management, pet care operations, opening and/or closing the store, and maintaining a safe, organized environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail supervisory experience.
• Full-time availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Proficiency in computer applications.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and guide associates, train and coach.
• Delegate daily tasks and oversee leaders on duty.
• Execute merchandising strategies and manage inventory.
