PetSmart, Inc. is seeking a Retail Operations Lead to drive operational excellence in our stores, focusing on merchandising, inventory management, and pet care operations. The role opens and/or closes the store and oversees associates to ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming environment.

The position emphasizes strong leadership, compliance with store policies, and delivering a positive customer experience while maintaining high standards of presentation and inventory accuracy.

Formación

• 2+ years of retail supervisory experience in a customer-focused environment.
• Full-time availability required, flexibility in schedule, able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Proficiency in computer applications.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to react under pressure and maintain composure.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, particularly in maintaining a visually appealing store layout.

Responsabilidades

• Support and guide sales associates in merchandise handling, providing training on product knowledge and presentation standards.
• Facilitates the associate experience and supports associate development including training, onboarding, mentoring, and coaching.
• Delegate and validate completion of daily tasks.
• Lead and direct associates when acting as the leader on duty.
