Job summary

The Brobston Group is seeking an Associate Manager to support the General Manager in developing strategic plans and executing initiatives to drive a profitable store business. This role helps lead talent development, customer experience, operational excellence, and brand standards.

Responsibilities include analyzing business trends, supporting planning, leading client development and community outreach, and overseeing store processes, inventory, and execution to meet productivity and shrink

Qualifications

• Retail management or similar experience in a complex, high-volume, or high-profile specialty environment preferred.
• Strong communication, business acumen, planning, prioritization, and time-management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to build positive relationships with customers, management, and coworkers.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and occasional overnight shifts or travel.
• Ability to perform the physical requirements of the role, including lifting or climbing as needed.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business trends and support strategic planning and store initiatives.
• Lead client development and community outreach, and support talent recruitment and development.
• Manage store processes, inventory control, and execution to achieve productivity and shrink goals.
• Champion new selling technologies and ensure the sales floor and store meet brand standards.
• Provide feedback on business trends and high-potential opportunities to store and district leadership.
