Qualifications

• Retail management or related experience in a complex, high-volume, or high-profile specialty environment preferred.
• Strong communication, business acumen, planning, prioritization, and time management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to build positive working relationships with customers, managers, and coworkers.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and occasional overnight shifts or travel.
• Ability to stand, walk, move around the store, and lift or climb up to 30 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Support analysis of business trends and strategic planning for store initiatives.
• Educate the team on sales and profit performance tools and support store sales goals.
• Contribute to client development strategy and lead community outreach.
• Execute talent strategies, recruit, coach, and develop employees.
• Manage store processes, inventory control, and execution to achieve shrink goals.
• Promote new selling technology, uphold company policies, and maintain high store standards.
• Share business trends and profit opportunities with the General Manager and District Director.
