Job summary

Brobston Group LLC is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to oversee store development projects from concept to completion. The role coordinates schedules, budgets, design deliverables, and stakeholder engagement in collaboration with the Project Manager and Director of Store Development.

Responsibilities include managing budgets, timelines, design sign‑offs, and vendor relations, while proactively identifying risks and ensuring quality standards across all phases.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of project management experience in construction or related fields.
• Experience in retail construction and fit-outs.
• Proven ability to work to strict timelines and within budget.
• Strong strategic, analytical, and budgetary management skills.
• Effective communication skills for interaction at all levels of the business.
• IT competence with MS Office suite, CAD software, and rendering software.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support multiple store development projects including new showroom openings, renovations, and capital improvements.
• Develop, maintain, and communicate project schedules and proactively elevate timeline risks.
• Prepare, track, and manage project budgets, cost estimates, change orders, and variations.
• Manage relationships with architects, contractors, installers, consultants, and brand partners.
• Support store planning and design activities, maintain design sign‑off documentation, and prepare renderings as required.
• Monitor project progress and quality, coordinate corrective actions, punch list completion, and project closeout.
• Facilitate project handovers to retail and operational teams and conduct post‑project reviews to capture lessons learned.
