You will recruit, coach, and retain a high performing team, manage inventory and policies, and partner with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities and trends.

Qualifications

• Retail management experience in a high-volume or specialty setting.
• Strong communication and business acumen.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and time.
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends and travel as required.
• College degree or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales, profit, and margin performance through strategic planning and execution.
• Set the customer experience vision, lead client development and community outreach, and develop the store team.
• Recruit, coach, train, and retain high-performing employees.
• Manage inventory, productivity, shrink, technology adoption, store standards, and company policies.
• Provide feedback to cross-functional partners on business trends and high-potential opportunities.
