Job summary

Qualifications

• Operations experience in a service- or retail-related setting.
• High school diploma or college degree.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Proficient with Word and Excel; SAP/POS familiarity preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily store operations including opening/closing procedures and scheduling security.
• Oversee shipping, receiving, inventory control, cycle counts, and reconcile discrepancies.
• Support the Service Department and coordinate repairs and after-sale procedures.
• Train and onboard new hires on processes, policies, POS systems, and SAP.
• Enforce loss prevention, physical security, cash controls, and inventory practices.
• Partner with management and visual merchandising to maintain brand image and floor readiness.
• Manage controllable expenses and ensure timely processing of mail, checks, and invoices.
