Job summary

POP MART is seeking a Retail Operations Manager in Culver City, CA to drive SOP development and standardize store operations. You will own the documentation library, translate initiatives into clear procedures, and lead improvements across all retail locations.

Collaboration with Marketing, HR, IT, Finance, and Field teams is essential. The role emphasizes data-driven insights, reporting, and governance to ensure operational excellence for POP MART's rapidly expanding North American retail

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or related field.
3–5 years of experience in retail operations or multi-unit retail support.
Experience developing SOPs, operational documentation, policies, or process improvements.
Strong analytical skills with experience building reports and KPI tracking.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including Pivot Tables and lookups; familiarity with Power BI / BI tools.
Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to translate concepts into clear documentation.
Strong project management and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and continuously improve SOPs to ensure consistent execution across locations.
Own the operational documentation library with version control and accessibility.
Translate business initiatives into actionable operating procedures for store teams.
Identify operational gaps from feedback and data, implementing improvements.
Lead continuous improvement initiatives to simplify workflows and enhance the store experience.
Build and maintain operational dashboards, KPI reports, and executive summaries.
