Job summary

POP MART is seeking an Operations Coordinator (Retail Ops & Executive Support) in Culver City, CA. This role balances high-level administrative support to the Head of Retail with hands-on Retail Operations duties in a fast-growing consumer brand environment.

You will manage calendars across US and China, arrange travel, prepare meeting materials, coordinate store communications, track KPIs and assist with NSO/ROBO Shop launches, budgets, and cross-functional projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Retail Management, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 3+ years of experience in an executive assistant, administrative, retail operations, or coordination role.
• Experience supporting senior leaders in a retail or consumer brand environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Head of Retail's calendar across U.S. and China time zones; coordinate travel and expense reports.
• Prepare meetings: agendas, briefing materials, KPI snapshots, and notes; drive action item closure.
• Draft, format, and proofread presentations for Executive Leadership and town halls.
• Handle confidential communications with discretion and professional voice.
• Coordinate leadership meetings, offsites, market visits, and team events end-to-end.
• Support Retail Operations: weekly store communications, dashboards, NSO/ROBO Shop readiness, budgets, and vendor coordination.
