POP MART in Culver City, CA, is seeking an Operations Coordinator in Communications to serve as the hub between the Support Center and North American retail stores. You will ensure timely, accurate communications for operational excellence and a consistent customer experience.

You will collaborate with Marketing, Retail Operations, HR, and Leadership to roll out initiatives, create templates, and monitor customer feedback to identify trends and improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in communications, PR, marketing, or business.
• Experience supporting cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, editing, and proofreading.

Responsibilities

• Draft, edit, and distribute clear internal communications to stores and Support Center.
• Maintain brand voice across communications and liaise with Retail Operations and Marketing.
• Coordinate plans for store openings, promotions, and operational updates.
• Develop templates, FAQs, and resources for consistent messaging.
• Oversee calendars and ensure proactive planning for business updates.
• Support rollout of new policies and procedures with cross-functional teams.
• Monitor online reputation and draft professional responses to feedback.
