Job summary

POP MART is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support expansion across the United States. This role will oversee store opening/closing, ensure smooth operations, and deliver exceptional in-store experiences.

You will lead Brand Associates, act as manager on duty, maintain a clean and safe store, and drive sales for POP MART’s key products while upholding the brand’s standards and culture.

Qualifications

• Retail industry knowledge, skills, and abilities.
• Ability to lift large boxes up to 50 lbs.
• Confident and comfortable engaging customers to deliver great customer experience.
• More than 2 years of store leadership experience in retail.
• High level of ethics, values, integrity, and trust.
• Experience working independently in an ambiguous environment with minimal supervision.
• Demonstrated ability to use data and metrics to back up assumptions and implement effective solutions.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and implement new standardization directives.
• You must be 18 years old or older.
• You are flexible while working in a dynamic environment and can prioritize multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Lead a Brand Associates team with clear expectations, goals, and talent development.
• Act as manager on duty to deliver results and a positive customer and employee experience.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe store environment for customers, employees, and products.
• Drive sales and meet KPIs such as conversion, units per transaction, and dollars per transaction.
• Set high store standards reflecting POP MART’s brand image, values, and culture.
• Provide product and company information to customers and teams.
