POP MART is seeking an Operations Coordinator - Communications in Culver City, CA. The role focuses on drafting and distributing clear communications to retail stores and the Support Center, maintaining a brand-consistent voice, and coordinating plans for openings, launches, and promotions.

You will monitor customer feedback, manage responses, and partner with Marketing, Operations, HR, and Leadership to align messaging across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 2–4 years of internal communications, retail operations, communications, or project coordination.

Responsibilities

• Draft, edit, and distribute internal communications to stores and Support Center teams.
• Maintain brand voice across all communications.
• Coordinate communication plans for store openings, launches, promotions, and initiatives.
• Develop tools and resources to help store teams execute communications consistently.
• Monitor customer feedback and manage online reputation across platforms.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, HR, and Leadership to align messages across departments.
