Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year of experience in a leadership or oversight role, preferably in retail.
• Requires a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain within six months.

Responsibilities

• Train, coach, and provide feedback to help staff strengthen and develop skills.
• Ensure store staff follows policies and procedures.
• Perform opening and closing procedures and cash-handling duties.
• Lead as manager on duty to meet production goals.
• Perform bank deposits and related cash-handling tasks.
