Job summary

LLGI is seeking a Store Supervisor to lead daily operations on the sales floor, donation door, and processing of donated goods. You will act as manager on duty, ensure pricing, stocking, and register transactions meet goals, and provide clear direction to staff.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, 1 year of leadership experience, a valid driver's license, CPR/First Aid certification (or ability to obtain), and proficiency with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year in a leadership or oversight role.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain within six months.
• Proficient with Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily store operations and supervise staff.
• Train, coach, and provide feedback to strengthen staff skills.
• Ensure staff follow policies and procedures.
• Report loss control concerns to management promptly.
• Manage time and monitor staff to meet production goals.
• Perform opening and closing procedures and banking tasks.
