Job summary

Land of Lincoln Goodwill Industries Inc is seeking a Store Supervisor in Clinton, IL to lead daily store operations on the sales floor and donation activities. You will act as manager on duty to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.

The role requires a high school diploma, 1 year of leadership in retail, a valid driver’s license, and CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain it within six months. Occasional travel may be needed to other stores.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Requires 1 year of leadership or oversight experience, preferably in retail.
• Requires a valid driver’s license, a safe driving record, proof of insurance, and reliable transportation.
• Requires CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain certification within six months of employment.
• Occasional travel to other stores and job sites.

Responsibilities

• Perform all duties of a Retail Associate.
• Lead, coach, and provide feedback to staff.
• Ensure staff follow policies and procedures.
• Demonstrate leadership and positive role modeling.
• Report loss-control concerns to the General Manager.
