Job summary

Squishable.com, Inc. is seeking a Retail Operations Manager to lead the operational strategy for its multi-location retail fleet, ensuring processes, systems and training deliver exceptional customer experiences and strong business results.

Reporting to the Director of Retail, you will partner with Regional Managers to optimize store performance, oversee openings/remodels, facilities, vendor relations, and cross-functional projects to drive efficiency and scalable growth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive retail operations leadership experience within a multi-unit retail environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management, Operations Management or a related field required.
• Proven success developing operational strategies and driving measurable business results.
• Experience leading new store openings, remodels, relocations, and large-scale retail projects.
• Strong financial acumen, including experience analyzing labor, metrics, budgets, and cost-saving opportunities.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Director of Retail and Regional Managers to execute the operational strategy for Squishable's retail fleet.
• Analyze operational metrics, labor, sales, and KPIs to identify opportunities and mitigate risks.
• Develop and improve policies, procedures, and training to support operational excellence.
• Serve as the primary operational partner to Retail Leadership and Store/Regional Managers.
• Lead openings, relocations, remodels, pop-ups, and closures with vendor coordination.
