Job summary

DÔEN is seeking a Senior Retail Operations Manager to drive operational excellence across its retail network. You will ensure stores have the processes, tools, and cross-functional support to deliver a consistent customer and employee experience.

Reporting to the SVP of Operations, you will translate retail strategy into scalable processes, set standards, and lead initiatives that improve efficiency, profitability, and store execution in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of retail operations experience across multiple stores.
• Proficiency with POS systems, Netsuite, and ERP processes.
• Experience with inventory controls, cycle counts, and reconciliations.
• Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with Finance, Merchandising, and Retail teams.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day retail operational processes and SOPs.
• Develop and maintain policies and procedures across stores.
• Monitor compliance and identify process improvements.
• Lead Tulip system adoption and reporting.
• Oversee inventory accuracy and cycle-count programs.
• Coordinate store openings, remodels, and transitions.
