Brobston Group is seeking the Senior Manager, Operations Multi-Store to lead operations across multiple store locations, partnering with store and central teams to improve sales, profitability, service, and execution.

This role develops operations talent and drives fulfillment, expense management, inventory security, and store presentation standards. Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration are essential for efficiency and excellent customer experience across the chain.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with at least 5 years of direct experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with a strong sense of urgency.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop, and retain operations and support teams across multiple stores.
• Deliver operational metrics, including expense, shortage, EBIT, productivity, staffing, and fulfillment compliance.
• Partner with store leaders and central teams to drive profitability, forecasting, and operational strategies.
• Ensure audit, merchandise security, markdown, fulfillment, and presentation standards are met.
• Monitor customer feedback and coordinate improvements to service and store conditions.
