Job summary

Squishable.com, Inc. is seeking a Store Manager to oversee daily store operations, drive sales, and coach a passionate team in a fast-paced, creative environment.

You will hire, onboard, and train staff; manage inventory and cash handling; ensure top-notch merchandising and customer service; and partner with the Regional Manager to execute store strategies. Qualifications

• 2–3 years of retail management in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• 2–5 years of customer service experience.
• Passion for people and leadership with strong communication.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to balance priorities.
• Able to give/receive feedback to maintain high-performance culture.
• High emotional intelligence and collaborative mindset.
• Flexible schedule including early mornings, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Able to lift cartons up to 25 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Must be 18 or older.

Responsibilities

• Leading, motivating, and developing the store team, including hiring, onboarding, and ongoing training.
• Setting and executing business strategies for the store with the Regional Manager.
• Opening and closing the store, with cash handling responsibilities.
• Maintaining accurate inventory levels and timely restocking.
• Ensuring high standard of merchandise presentation.
• Keeping the store environment enthusiastic, fun, and customer-friendly.
• Supporting all POS transactions and customer inquiries.
• Adhering to company policies, practices, and safety standards.
