Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Direct team of Operations associates to execute store tasks and sales initiatives.
• Oversee inventory and RFID processes to maintain accurate stock data.
• Manage stockroom operations, pricing, signing, and merchandise repackaging.
• Support training and development of associates and ensure policy compliance.
• Maintain performance standards in shrink, safety, Omnichannel, scheduling, and attendance.
