Responsibilities

• Customer Service & Sales: direct the team, resolve customer issues professionally.
• Store Operations: manage inventory updates, RFID processes, stock ledger accuracy, pricing and signing, and re-ticketing.
• Stockroom & General Operations: oversee stockroom processes, safety initiatives, receiving and logistics with third-party carriers.
• Team Development: train and coach associates, address performance issues, ensure policy compliance.
• Performance Standards: meet shrink, safety, omnichannel, scheduling, attendance and productivity targets.
