Buckle is hiring an Operations Manager at our Lansing, MI store to oversee daily operations and support a top-notch guest experience. This role may also cover Freight Coordinator and Visual Merchandiser duties as needed based on store volume.

The position requires flexibility for hours, strong organizational skills, and a commitment to Buckle’s standards of service and policy adherence.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 1–3 months related retail experience may be acceptable.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including holidays and peak shopping periods.
• Must be 18 years of age or older to work in this retail role.

Responsibilities

• Work a flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holiday periods.
• Complete the Operations Manager daily disciplines.
• Manage promotions and ensure signage is displayed properly.
• Complete pulls and markdowns and monitor layaway procedures.
• Handle internal/external inquiries and provide courteous guest service.
• Lead onboarding and assist with hiring dashboards and interviews.
