Qualifications

• 2+ years retail supervisory experience.
• Full-time availability; ability to work evenings, weekends, holidays.
• Proficiency in computer applications.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to react under pressure and stay organized.

Responsibilities

• Lead and guide sales associates in merchandise handling and presentation.
• Manage inventory, conduct audits, and analyze sales trends.
• Operate POS systems and handle cash with accuracy.

• Oversee opening and closing procedures and guest experience.
